Parking Rules and Regulations

There is parking available for Mount Air residents and their respective vehicles. If you are new to the community or have purchased a new car, it must be registered in order to avoid being towed.

Parking passes are to be used by the current homeowner of the home that was issued the pass and their visitors only. Parking spaces do not come with the sale of the townhouse. Each house gets two passes for the community if everything is in good order.

Parking passes are not to be loaned out to other homeowners for permanent and daily use.

Please ensure your vehicle is fully registered with the state, including the license plate tags being up-to-date and good order. To avoid being towed, you will need to have this plus a community parking tag in good order.

We do not have assigned parking.
