Homeowners’ Association Annual Meeting
Annual meetings are held each January with the location announced in advance by mail.
These annual meetings are critically important to the community and all homeowners are strongly encouraged to attend this annual meeting. Homeowners who are unable to attend are requested to designate a proxy.
Effective management of the association depends on the active participation of the community.
