Updated Trash Guidelines

Residents (Owners and Tenants),

All trash that is set out for pickup must be placed on a community maintained road. Trash placed on Mount Air Drive will not be collected. All trash should be placed in a sturdy trash can with a lid that seals tight. Furniture and small appliances will only be collected if you have notified Nightingale Trash Service ahead of the pickup date and paid the additional fee for large items.

Increased Pest Activity

Neighbors,

Due to our neighborhood being situated in a wooded community, we will always have wildlife in the neighborhood. Recently we have seen an uptick in the number of raccoons and other wildlife on and around houses. The best way to prevent wildlife from coming directly onto your property is to keep all trash properly stored in a sturdy trash can with a lid that seals tight. If possible, try to avoid putting trash into your outdoor trash can until the night before pickup. Exterior lights with motion detectors will also keep many nocturnal animals away from your yard.
