Monthly HOA Meetings

The Board of Directors meets at 7pm, the third Tuesday of each month.  Meetings are usually held at Island Creek Elementary School, 7855 Morning View Lane. ( Map).  All members of the community are welcome and encouraged to attend.  Effective management of the Association depends on the active particpation of the community.

In case of inclement weather, please check the Fairfax County Public Schools website for closings. If FCPS cancels evening activities, the Board of Directors meeting will also be cancelled.

Annual meetings are held each January with the location announced in advance by mail.  These annual meetings are critically imporant to the community and all homeowners are strongly encouraged to attend this annual meeting.  Homeowners who are unable to attend are requested to designate a proxy.
