(12/24/06) NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH ALERT -- On Sunday, Dec 24th at approximately 2pm, a suspicious male individual was spotted today knocking on "Only" end unit townhouses to ask them whether they wanted their lawn cut. That was suspicious in itself; because all lawns this time of year are very, very short! It was almost as if this individual was "casing the Mt Air Community" for vacant end units since many folks are now on vacation. It just so happens, that this individual, knocked on our Secretary/ Treasurer's door who has an end unit. The individual is described as: Male, African-American, 6'-2", Medium-build, Long white Football Jersey with blue jeans,and around 19-23 yrs of age. Police non-emergency have been contacted.
