         Mt Air Townhouses were built in the 1980's. Most owners do not realize that
            Sewer Line Insurance does NOT come automatically with their Home Owners Insurance
           Policy.It must  be added. However, some insurance companies may not offer addendums
           for sewer  line insurance. As such, Dominion Virginia Power offers such a policy for
           around $5.00 per month added on to your electric bill. Cheap cost when sewer line
           replacement costs can exceed $6,000!

5.     "ICE STORMS" -- Make sure that down spouts are clear of ice dams  
          in order  for water to drain from gutters. If not , water might backfill from
          gutters into  walls of home
